(GSM Insider) - Sony "HuaShan" C5303 Appeared At Benchmark Again, Specs Are Similar Like Those Leaked Before.

Sony C5303 is said to be the upcoming device from the Japanese company. The Codename of Sony C5303 known as the HuaShan. Therefore, it is known as the Sony HuaShan. 

Sony HuaShan C5303 is not a stranger at this website. Sony HuaShan C5303 was surfaced for the first time in December last year when the photo sample was spotted at the Picasa Web Album. Earlier this year, Sony HuaShan C5303 was spotted at GLBenchmark. 

Sony HuaShan C5303 was again spotted at the benchmark, but this time at Nenamark2 Benchmark. Information on Nenamark2 Benchmark revealed that the Sony HuaShan C5303 powered by a 1.7GHz processor and Adreno 320 GPU. It is equipped with a display of 1196 x 720 resolution as well as Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. 

The information that spotted at GLBenchmark and Nenamark2 Benchmark are similar as the only difference is GLBenchmark showed Sony HuaShan C5303 with 1184 x 720 resolution while Nenamark2 showed 1196 x 720 resolution. 

Basically, both websites showed that Sony HuaShan C5303 with a 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 MSM8960T dual-core processor and Adreno 320 GPU as well as Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. 

This Sony HuaShan C5303 is said to be on its way to China soon.

(GSM Insider) - LG Optimus G Pro L-04E Benchmark Result Surfaced, Scores Not More Than 14,000 Points.

There are different debates on the benchmark. Some developers said the benchmark can reveal the performance of the device but some developers said that the benchmark just a number. No matter what, some people from Japan successfully obtained the AnTuTu Benchmark result of the LG Optimus G Pro L-04E for NTT Docomo. 

As you can see that the LG Optimus G Pro L-04E being tested with the AnTuTu Benchmark of Japanese version. The test was held at the NTT DoCoMo event. 

From the AnTuTu Benchmark result of the LG Optimus G Pro L-04E, it kinda disappointed as it only scores around 13,000 points only where leading devices in the market scores above 15,000 points. Maybe there are people outside that expect this LG Optimus G Pro L-04E should score more than 20,000 points. 

The 13,619 points of LG Optimus G Pro L-04E at AnTuTu Benchmark showed that it scores lower points that those 720p devices in the market although it is a 1080p device. Is it possible? The answer is yes. 

So why 1080p Full HD devices scores lower benchmark points then those 720p HD devices? The answer is largely due to the 1080p display. Recently, the powerful 5-inch 1080p devices Sony Xperia Z only scores around 16,000 points only and the ZTE Grand S scores not more than 15,000 points as well. Seems like the average benchmark point maintain at 15,000 points.

If you are getting the LG Optimus G Pro, dont scare with the benchmark result as it just a guide. The features like water-proof, dust-proof, and 13-megapixels camera cannot be tested on benchmark.

The GT-I9500 should be the Samsung Galaxy S4. According to the AnTuTu Benchmark, the Samsung GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 scores more than 21000 points. The processor clocked at the 1.8GHz frequency which is considers very powerful as most of the Android devices are 1.5GHz.

This clearly showed that the Samsung GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 indeed powered by the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa that was launched last week. The Android version is 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. So the Samsung GT-I9500 Galaxy S4 could be the first 4.2 Jelly Bean device and first Exynos 5 Octa device. 

Off course, this Samsung GT-I9500 may be not name as the Samsung Galaxy S4. Perhaps newer name is better.

From the model number of Samsung SCH-i425, it is indeed related to the Samsung Stratosphere for Verizon. The original Samsung Stratosphere comes with the mode number of SCH-i405 while the Stratosphere 2 comes with the the mode number of SCH-i415. So the chances of Samsung SCH-i425 being the Samsung Stratosphere 3 are higher. 

The GLBenchmark website also reveals the codename of Samsung SCH-i425 known as the "Godiva LTE". This Samsung SCH-i425 indeed compatible with the LTE network. It could be the LTE network of Verizon.

The Samsung SCH-i425 having a 720p display together with Snapdragon S4 MSM 8960 dual-core processor. Thats the information available at the benchmark website at the moment.

Earlier yesterday, the benchmark result of Sony Xperia Z revealed by GSM Insider. It scores about 16,000 points. Today, the benchmark result of ZTE Grand S surfaced, it scores less than 15,000 points. 

The image showed that the ZTE Grand S scores 14,509 points at the AnTuTu Benchmark test. It is similar like the score of Sony Xperia Xperia Z.

Although the specs of ZTE Grand S and Sony Xperia Z are very impressive, but the AnTuTu Benchmark points are not high at all. The main reason is because the 1080p Full HD display scores lower points than the 720p HD display. 

From the AnTuTu benchmark result, ZTE Grand S scores lower points than LG Optimus G, LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, HTC One X+, Samsung Galaxy S3 and Huawei Honor 2. These five devices scored more than 15,000 points. 

ZTE Grand S has only 6.9mm body which is the thinnest among devices that same class. It packs with 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 13-megapixels rear-facing camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Sony Xperia Z is the latest flagship from Sony along with Sony Xperia ZL. Sony Xperia Z also is the GSM Insider Best Smartphone of CES 2013. 

While everyone looking forward to its arrival in the market, the benchmark result of Sony Xperia Z surfaced. According to a video that spotted online, Sony Xperia Z scores 16954 points at the AnTuTu Benchmark result. This score is somehow standard for a quad-core device. 

The benchmark score of Sony Xperia Z is lower then some of the leading Android devices. GSM Insider found out that there are seven devices that scored more than 15,000 points and above at the AnTuTu Benchmark. With the 16,954 points, Sony Xperia Z may be higher than the Huawei Honor 2 and the closest rival is HTC One X+. 

LG Optimus G is the leading device with nearly 20,000 points, followed by LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3. These four devices are score higher than the Sony Xperia Z at the AnTuTu Benchmark result. 

Anyway, the benchmark result does not represent everything about Sony Xperia Z. Benchmark does not test on the 13-megapixels of Sony Xperia Z. Dont forget that it features water-proof, dust-proof and scratch-proof. Does benchmark test on design? Off course not!

Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 Benchmark Result Surfaced, Shows The Power of Intel Clover Trail+

Earlier yesterday at the CES 2013, Lenovo unveiled the first Intel Clover Trail+ phone known as the Lenovo K900. Finally, its benchmark result surfaced.

The image above showed the AnTuTu benchmark result of XiaoMi Phone 2 and Lenovo K900. The XiaoMi Phone 2 scores 21958 points but the Lenovo K900 scores 25481 points. It is clear that the Lenovo K900 higher performance than the XiaoMi Phone 2. Even you dont agree, at least AnTuTu Benchmark showed the figures.

The Lenovo K900 is powered by 2.0GHz Intel Atom Z2580 and 2GB of RAM while the GPU is PowerVR SGX 544MP. The Intel Atom Z2580 is a dual-core processor with four threads. 

The important thing is the AnTuTu Benchmark result above does not represent the complete result. It is said that the benchmark belongs to Lenovo K900 prototype. Thats why the 2D and 3D scores are lower than the XiaoMi Phone 2. The complete Lenovo 900 should score more than 30,000 points.

Although Samsung not plan to introduce any new smartphone or tablet at the CES 2013, but more Samsung new  devices pop-up each day. Earlier last month, Samsung GT-I9500 and I9505 were pop-up. These two devices could be either running on Android or Tizen OS.

After Samsung GT-I9500, its the time for Samsung GT-I9600. The mysterious Samsung GT-I9600 was spotted at NenaMark2 benchmark result. The benchmark website indeed reveals some important details on this device.

The NenaMark2 benchmark website showed that the Samsung GT-I9600 comes with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution, ARM Mali 400MP GPU, Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and 1.4GHz Exynos processor. 

Those specs information that pop-up at NenaMark2 benchmark website were similar to the Samsung Galaxy S3. Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with the model number of GT-I9300 while this model is GT-I9600, it could be possible the "upgrade" version. 

GSM Insider analysed two of the possibilities for this Samsung GT-I9600. Lets say the Samsung GT-I9500 is the Tizen OS device then this Samsung GT-I9600 could be the Samsung Galaxy S4 or the device after Samsung Galaxy S3. Another possibility is Samsung GT-I9500 is the Samsung Galaxy S4 or the device after Samsung Galaxy S3, then this Samsung GT-I9600 could be the Samsung Galaxy S3 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S3 Advance.

Those two are just assumption on the Samsung GT-I9600. The benchmark result at NenaMark2 can easily be faked with some tweaks and edits. Nothing more on this Samsung GT-I9600 revealed at the moment, it remains sceptical.

The benchmark result of the Sony HuaShan C5303 was spotted at GLBenchmark website. There are information regarding this Sony HuaShan C5303 was exposed at the website. 

GLBenchmark showed that Sony HuaShan C5303 comes wtih 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 MSM8960T dual-core processor. This processor is slightly better than the MSM8960 as it features Adreno 320 GPU. The quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro does feature same Adreno 320 GPU as well.

Besides this, Sony HuaShan C5303 comes with the display resolution of 1184 x 720 pixels. So the display size is somewhere around 4-inch size. So it is another 4-inch middle range smartphone from Sony.

From the specs, this Sony HuaShan is definitely not on the same par with the Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia ZL. Perhaps this is the Sony Xperia X?

Nenamark2 Benchmark and AnTuTu Benchmark show off another mysterious device from Intel known as the "Redhookbay". Off course this is definitely the codename or prototype name for the device. Manufacturers always gave some codenames to device before launch into the market with official names.

From the Nenamark2 Benchmark, the Intel Redhookbay device has 720p HD display and PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU. The Android version is 4.2.1 Jelly Bean which is the latest version. The CPU frequency is 1.6GHz. 

From AnTuTu Benchmark, the Intel Redhookbay device appeared as well. The AnTuTu Benchmark shows similar information like the Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean as well. But the CPU frequency is 2GHz. 

The conclusion is this Intel Redhookbay device comes with 1.6GHz - 2GHz of Intel Atom processor, Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean, 720p HD display and PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU. 

This Intel Redhookbay expected to make its appearance at MWC 2013 at Barcelona on February 2013.

This Samsung GT-N5100 is not a new device if you followed us from very beginning. From the model number of Samsung GT-N5100, it showed us that it is indeed related to the Samsung Galaxy Note series. Earlier today, Samsung GT-N5100 appeared at the GLBenchmark website. 

From the GLBenchmark website, it showed that the Samsung GT-N5100 has a 1.6GHz processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The display resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels. These are the three information that revealed by the benchmark website. So the 1.6GHz processor is the Exynos 4412. The display size is 7-inch large.

From what we've learnt, this Samsung GT-N5100 is indeed the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.0. It is going to be the fourth device under the Samsung Galaxy Note product line. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 available in 5.5-inch and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 available in 10.1-inch. The Samsung GT-I9525 leaks at the Nenamark2 benchmark. It is said to come with 1.8GHz processor and Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. The frequency of the processor is definitely very high.

From the benchmark, it showed that Samsung GT-I9525 has ARM Mali-400MP GPU as well. From the model number Samsung GT-I9525, it is similar with the model number of Samsung Galaxy Nexus which is GT-I9225. 

From the Android 5.0 version, there are huge possible it is the Google Nexus 5 or Samsung Galaxy Nexus 2. 

Rumours suggested that the Samsung GT-I9525 comes with 2GB or 3GB of RAM memory and will make its appearance at CES 2013 on January.
