Microsoft just announced that its Surface Pro and Surface RT are heading to more markets in the coming months. 

The Surface RT tablet coming to Taiwan, Singapore, Russia, New Zealand, Mexico and Japan. The Surface Pro tablet coming to Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the United Kingdom in the coming months.

(GSM Insider) - BlackBerry Z10 Set For Launch In Australia On March.

BlackBerry Z10 could be selling like hot cake in the United Kingdom. But when the BlackBerry Z10 going to arrive at the Australian market? 

According to the BlackBerry Australia, it replied to a tweet that the BlackBerry Z10 set for launch in Aussie sometime around March. So the launch date could be between the 1st of March to 31st of March.

The BlackBerry Australia added that the BlackBerry Z10 will be launching at Telstra and Optus on March 2013. So both carriers might test on the device at the moment until next month. However, no news yet on when the BlackBerry Q10 will be launching in the Aussie market.

LG Optimus G is definitely heading to two different continents later this month and earlier next month. It's heading to Taiwan and Australia soon. 

According to Australian sources, the LG Optimus G will be launched in the Oceanian country in early March. Although the official launch date isn't announced yet. It could be within the first week of March. 

On the other hand, Taiwanese sources reported the LG Optimus G is confirms launching on February 26, 2013. The LG Optimus G is selling soon in Taiwan with the price of NT$19,800.

LG Optimus G features 4.7-inch display with 720p HD resolution, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM, 13-megapixels of rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel of front-facing camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, MHL, DLNA and a 2100mAh battery. The LG Optimus G that heading to both Australia and Taiwan is LTE-enabled device.

Recently, there were rumours stated that XiaoMi Phone 2 set to arrive at the oversea market. Seems like it is true now as the XiaoMi Phone 2 on sale in Australia. XiaoMi Phone 2 also known as the XiaoMi Mi-2.




XiaoMi Phone 2 is officially on sale at Mobicity of Australia. Australia is the first oversea country outside China that gets the XiaoMi Phone 2. XiaoMi Phone 2 selling in Australia with the price of AUD $449 which is equals to USD $472. XiaoMi Phone 2 selling in China with the price of RMB $1999 which is equals to USD $321. So the XiaoMi Phone 2 in Australia is more expensive than in China.

Kogan Agora is a technology which is based in Australia. In the past, the devices released but the Australian company wasn't successful. But here they come again with new handset.


Kogan Agora releases its latest phablet with super low price. The device has a 5-inch display with 800 x 480 resolution, 1GHz Cortex A9 single core processor, 4GB of ROM and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

It also features 5-megapixels rear camera and VGA front camera. It supports GSM and WCDMA network. 

This Kogan Agora phablet is AUD$149/$US149/£119 on price, plus delivery. Kogan are selling the phone exclusively through their website, and will ship to 11 countries, including Australia, the US and the UK. The product will ship from mid-February.

Microsoft confirmed that it is eager to expand the sale locations of its Surface RT beyond Microsoft Stores. Yesterday, Microsoft announced its plans to ramp up the production of this Windows RT tablet and releases to multiple retailers at the same time.

The retailers are included Best Buy and Staples from the United States. Both stated that Surface RT going to available starts from tomorrow at its stores.

LG Nexus 4 Goes On Sales Today, November 13th, Anyone Getting It From Google Play?

(GSM Insider) - Finally the wait for the LG Nexus 4 is over. The fourth generation Nexus smartphone on sales today, November 13th, 2012. The interesting part is who are getting this device?


Google unveiled the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean along with the latest Nexus smartphone at the Android event at end of October last month. The latest Nexus smartphone was built by LG and named as LG Nexus 4 or Google Nexus 4 or just Nexus 4.

To help customers better connect, engage and stay in control of their Telstra services, Telstra today launched the Telstra 24x7™ App on Facebook, extending customer self-service options to Australia’s most popular social network.

Telstra Digital Executive Director, Gerd Schenkel, said Telstra had worked closely with more than 2,000 customers since February as part of the company’s approach to designing its digital products and services in partnership with customers.
“More than half of all Australians are regular Facebook users and our customers now expect access to services from companies like Telstra in the places they spend social time online.
“Telstra’s 24x7 App on Facebooklets customers conveniently monitor their usage, track their bills and take advantage of around-the-clock customer service support, with posts responded to by our experts within the hour.
“The best part is customers can do all this without leaving Facebook and without having to log-in separately at Telstra.com,” Gerd said.

  • Customers will then see a message that says their accounts have been successfully linked.
