China Mobile Loses 2.5 Million Subscribers On December Last Year

(GSM Insider) - China Mobile Loses 2.5 Million Subscribers On December Last Year.

According to the latest stats from China Mobile, the world's largest carrier by subscriber having 3.9 million new subscribers and 3G subscriber increases 5.5 million. 

From these stats, it showed that China Mobile loses more than 2.5 million subscribers. Its kinda disappointed.

Analysts did give their views on this issue. This is probably the launched of iPhone 5 at China Telecom and China Unicom. The latest iPhone successfully attracts more subscribers switch to the WCDMA and CDMA2000 network.

China Mobile is the only carrier that not offering the iPhone 5. Apple is yet to release any iPhone 5 that compatible with the TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE network of China Mobile.
